Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers gorgeous, spacious rooms with very comfy beds and great countryside views, exuding charm and warmth. However, the low ceilings can create a dark atmosphere during supper but are bright during breakfast. The service is accommodating and modern, with friendly staff despite a slight hiccup regarding breakfast coupons. The location is set in a beautiful area near the river, perfect for exploring, although breakfast issues were noted. The dining experience, with a nice selection of dishes, is enhanced by nearby scenic lanes and farmlands. The overall facilities are commendable.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were beautifully done, some with large windows and balconies overlooking a lovely fountain, making them cozy, clean, and pretty. The service started a bit unsure in English but quickly warmed up with some French interactions, always friendly and helpful. The location is stunning, nestled in a beautiful old monastery near Trois-Rivieres, close enough to be convenient, right on the cycling paths. The dining experience was fantastic with a good selection of delicious options. Overall, a wonderful experience with a few minor hiccups.
Staying at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms in the annex building were lovely and spacious, but some had limited views due to small skylight windows. The amenities like a large LCD TV and beautiful bathtub were great, but not all rooms offered the same level of comfort and privacy.
I stayed in the annex building, which was a newer building where the rooms were very nice and large. The rooms were gorgeous, spacious, and had very comfy beds. The hotel also had a good restaurant. However, the fact that the single double bed was supposed to be an upgrade was a nice touch.
